These Terms of Service govern your use of RemixLaunch and any products or downloads purchased through it. By creating an account or completing a purchase, you accept these terms in full.
RemixLaunch sells digital software products — primarily React Router / Remix SaaS boilerplates and starter kits — as one-time purchases. Upon successful payment you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased product for your own commercial or personal projects.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your credentials. Keep your password secure and notify us immediately at support@remixlaunch.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
All payments are processed by Stripe and charged in the currency displayed at checkout. Prices include any applicable VAT where required by Swedish and EU law. A purchase confirmation email is sent automatically after a successful transaction.
Because our products are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase, we are not obligated to offer refunds under Swedish or EU consumer law once the download has been accessed. However, if you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchase, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.

All content on this site — including code, copy, and design — is the property of RemixLaunch unless otherwise stated. Purchasing a product grants you a licence to use it; it does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights.
The products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees that the code will be free of bugs or suitable for every use case. To the fullest extent permitted by Swedish law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be settled by the Swedish courts, with the District Court of Stockholm (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you by email for any material changes.
